ROB RUN (Kefir) runs a 7-day wipe cycle. Kefir says the length can change later. No official countdown, weekday, or hour for the first Early Access wipe is published.

What a death costs before the wipe
The help center splits losses by role and place. In Looty Bay a criminal drops the backpack and can surrender to keep gear. A civilian in the city keeps backpack and gear. Police lose issued gear. A death in the desert drops the loot. I am quoting those rules as written, not as a damage calculator.
The prison line, quoted
The FAQ says the more wealth you have accrued by the time the wipe hits, the longer your prison sentence will be. I leave that sentence whole. It is easy to turn it into a formula, and no durations are attached.
The first Early Access cycle has no start time. I am not filling that cell with “Sunday 08:00” or any other habit from other games.

When is the next ROB RUN wipe?
No clock time is published. The cycle length on record is 7 days, and Kefir says that length can change.
Does bank money survive a wipe?
The help center says banked money is safe from theft until the next wipe. The wipe itself resets wealth.
Does the 04:59 timer mean the wipe?
That number is visible on a store screenshot HUD. Kefir has not labeled it as the wipe countdown.
