ROB RUN (Kefir) talks about cars and helicopters in the help center and in an October post. It does not publish model names, speeds, seat counts, or prices.
With no car, the nearest parking terminal rents one for free. After you own a plot with a house or a garage, you can buy your own car and hang the key in a locker. Vehicle modules split into hood, trunk, and underbody. A helicopter is stricter: you buy one only if the base is in the central district, or you find one in loot, and you need a helipad. Police receive a patrol car with the job and are not risking personal gear.

The “Choose Your Vehicle” post is a set of concept renders, including a street-kid livery. I show one and I label it. Horsepower, trunk size, and a shop price are not in the caption or the help articles, so the capacity column stays on “no public source yet” wherever the file has no figure.
