Base building

In ROB RUN (Kefir) a base is a pile of items you place, plus an extra place to respawn. The 16 October base note and the help articles name the modules. They do not price them.

Houses, fences, farms, garages, safes, racks, workbenches, vices, garden beds, and cooking pots all come out of the backpack. You can buy a piece, find it, or take it from someone else’s bag. The main building itself starts sparse: a laptop, a first-aid kit, and a few cabinets. The laptop opens the black market.

Raids and the 1 Nov payout line

Walls, a fuse in the security system, a defense module, and clan mates are the protection Kefir describes. The FAQ is clear that offline is not a safe word. Neighbors can try the door. You can pick the whole base up and move it, contents included. On 1 November the studio said farms, labs, smuggling, and cargo cracking would pay several times more. Still no coin value.

A plot has to sit in a settlement that already has an owner. Level 2 and 3 districts also ask for black-market documents. That rule lives in the help center’s land article and it is why the beginner route spends the first profit on a plot and a workbench instead of a louder gun.

Questions

How do you build a base in ROB RUN?

Place modules from your inventory on a plot in an owned settlement. The workbench is the crafting core.

Is a base safe while you are offline?

No. Kefir says neighbors can break in. A fuse, defense module, and clan help are the tools that are named.

What do base businesses pay?

The 1 Nov note says several times more than before. It does not give a number.
