Clans
A clan in ROB RUN (Kefir) is the layer above a three-person party. The FAQ caps a clan at 100 people and says launch servers are official only.
The October FAQ is specific on three points. A clan holds at most 100 members, and that limit is for the server you picked. Kefir says the shape may change later. You may leave for another clan during a wipe without rolling a new character. At launch there are no community or private servers, only official ones.
Territory is the reason to gather that many people. The global-map post says clans fight for districts and the settlements inside them, then tax the people who live there. The clan that holds the central district taxes the whole map, and its leader is the Shadow Governor. A party of three can run a jewelry job. A clan is what contests a district. I keep those caps in separate sentences so nobody treats 100 as a heist group.
What is missing is the org chart. Role names, a creation fee, and a schedule for territory fights are not in the FAQ or the map post. The wiki does not fill those gaps with a second independent document I can cite, so the cells stay blank. Early Access can rewrite the 100-person cap; the FAQ already warned that it might.
